I’m Owen Stanley, a passionate videographer, cinematographer, and producer currently studying High End Film and TV Production at Derby University. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work across a range of industries, from sports to music, honing my skills and developing my creative style.
In the sports world, I’ve had the opportunity to film Ice Hockey, Football, Boxing, and Baseball teams, capturing the excitement and intensity of live-action events. My goal is always to create compelling, high-quality content that tells the story of the sport and the athletes.
I also have a deep passion for music, which has led me to work as a photographer for several local bands and the national band, Killing Aura. One of the highlights of my career so far has been working as a stage cameraman at the 40,000-capacity YNot Festival, where I filmed performances by incredible artists like Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol, Declan McKenna, and many others.
For me, filmmaking is about storytelling, whether it's capturing the energy of a live performance or the drama of a sporting event. I’m always looking to push boundaries and develop my craft further as I continue on this exciting journey in film and videography.
